The Website provides general information about Global Trauma Partnerships, trauma systems, quality improvement, trauma registries, analysis, education, verification readiness and related professional services.
Website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes. It is not patient-specific clinical advice, medical advice, legal advice or a substitute for professional judgement, local policies, applicable standards or advice appropriate to a particular organisation or circumstance.
You should obtain appropriate professional advice and independently assess information before acting or relying on it. Decisions concerning an individual patient's care must be made by appropriately qualified health professionals with access to the relevant clinical information.

3. No consultant-client relationship
Accessing the Website, downloading material, submitting an enquiry or communicating with us through the Website does not create a consultant-client, adviser-client, partnership, agency or other professional relationship.If a signed services agreement, proposal, statement of work, course terms or other specific agreement applies, that agreement will govern the relevant service. To the extent of any inconsistency, the specific agreement will prevail over these Website Terms of Use.
A professional engagement begins only when Global Trauma Partnerships and the relevant client enter into a written agreement or otherwise expressly agree in writing to the engagement, its scope and applicable terms.
4. Trauma verification and organisational outcomes
Information about verification partnerships, readiness assessments or improvement planning does not represent a promise that an organisation will obtain verification, accreditation, certification, funding, regulatory approval or any other particular outcome.
Formal verification, accreditation and certification decisions remain the responsibility of the relevant authorised body. Organisational and clinical outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including local leadership, resources, implementation, workforce, governance and the decisions of independent organisations.
5. Accuracy, currency and availability
We take reasonable care in preparing and maintaining Website content. However, trauma standards, clinical guidance, regulatory requirements, technology and professional practices can change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that Website content is complete, current, suitable for every purpose or free from errors or omissions.

Changes apply from publication and do not retrospectively alter a separate agreement already entered into with us.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law, the courts of Queensland and courts entitled to hear appeals from them have non-exclusive jurisdiction in relation to these terms and use of the Website.Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.
If any provision of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, it will be read down to the extent necessary or, if that is not possible, severed. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
